Great information, as usual!

Good luck - though with the way you train I doubt you'll need it!

I'm probably stuck here this weekend, so I look forward to seeing some footage and pictures!

Have fun!mastersdivisionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01110717345993749702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30740798.post-13462632220493439942010-02-19T08:45:44.812-06:002010-02-19T08:45:44.812-06:00LOL- yeah I have reread it, a bunch. For one thing, it's either excited/happy or scared.... but that's just the inside stuff. I have been competing in one endeavor or another for almost my entire life, so the whole "game face" thing is instinctive. I'm just happy to be wanting to compete again (though I knew last minute I'd be nervous nellie.)

Make weight. Have sushi. Sleep well. Don't arrive too early and go out on the mat with confidence. Yay :)Georgettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08705282002904234217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30740798.post-25480639378280004662010-02-19T08:16:58.298-06:002010-02-19T08:16:58.298-06:00Hey chica,

My Coach always says "play your game, and have fun."

Playing YOUR game means not modifying anything you do, not overthinking yourself. You know what works for you, and you know what you need to avoid. So do it.

And for god's sake - have fun. Don't be that angry-looking player in the corner of the warmup area. You're outgoing, funny, and dammit, pople like you! :) So talk to people, find some old friends or former competitors, and psych them out with overt niceness. :)

And at the end of the day, you're going to kick their ass. :) Good luck!Devhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06331257882063185349noreply@blogger.com
