On the days I don't train BJJ and head to the gym I do Turbulence Training workouts created by Craig Ballantyne. I do weight/body weight/kettle bell workouts for 20-30 min followed by his interval training. <br /><br />The interval training I've blown off in exchange for 'LSD' jogging the past 2 months. He's mentioned over and over the benefits of interval vs. LSD, but it took this article for me to get it. <br /><br />As always I have learned something from your blog.
