Missing it..

I do miss training. I miss the routine, the mental focus, physical exertion, the pre-class strategizing and post-roll analysis. I miss my friends most of all.. the camaraderie, the connection, the feeling of being at home in my second home.

The disruption of that calm is a terrible feeling. My heart sank just at you mentioning it. The good thing is that most stormy seas do eventually calm, but there's always the risk of irrevocably hurt feelings in the process.

I hope it all works out for the best.

It is an old story that plays itself out over and over again in gyms all across the country and it always ends the same way....ugly.

Politics suck! I'm sorry you have to deal with all the drama.

That sucks. I hate that feeling. I've been through it, though not at bjj thankfully. But, if anything, this kind of upheaval proves that bjj is a passion for so many. It is so much more than just a hobby and so it is bound to get personal. Sorry you are having to go through this, G. Don't let it steal your love for the art.
