correction regarding the jury instruction yesterday
Received an email this morning from an attorney watching the trial. The charge to the jury did NOT contain that character evidence instruction of the previous post... instead it was a basic Allen charge, aka instruction to break a deadlock.
Will advise as more info becomes available.
