BJJWeekly shows this video of Ryron and describes it as Ryron's favorite wristlock from mount, but I'm telling you, for me it was Jordan's first and will always be Jordan's. I miss him, but I do NOT miss this wristlock.
WOW! I'm so flattered. I'll check in on your rants every few weeks or so and look at what you posted!!! I obviously subscribe to bjjweekly and when I saw this a week or so ago I was like "right on!!" Its legal at white belt according to IBJJF and NAGA rules. G, I have new ones now!! But I guess you'll have to be a 2 stripe brown until I'm allowed to show you. ;)
