Smaller, weaker-- Tips for Female Grapplers

Smaller and weaker... that's me, usually. So I really loved this article on Stephan Kesting's site, Tips for Female Grapplers, by Krista Scott-Dixon who blogs about fitness for women at Stumptuous.com.

I love this article - one of my favourites so far this year. The aspects that she mentions that apply to a smaller lady, I view as equally applicable to me - being a smaller guy. I've grabbed a couple tips already and started incorporating them into rolling this week. The crucial thing...they work.

Love it!! I really like her site. She has a lot of great stuff about nutrition. Makes me not be quite as insane about my weight.

Georgette, thank you for posting this. I was just saying this EXACT thing last night as a 250 pound blue belt took my techniques to the cleaners with his size. These tips are wonderful!

On a totally girly note- I am loving the hair!
